Our 8-week glass foundation course is a great way to explore a wide variety of techniques and processes involved in creating with glass. Each Wednesday you will explore hot glassblowing and kiln-forming techniques together with some lampworking, sandblasting and more.

A great glassblowing 'taster' and introduction to the magic of glass. You will gather hot molten glass straight from the furnace and shape into two objects. Through hands-on making you will gain first-hand insight into this ancient craft.

Explore ‘Pop Art’ in glass with the artist Opal Seabrook. Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to discover how to build colourful, graphic 3D artworks in fused glass. Opal will share with you the techniques she has developed over ten years evolving this unique style.
