An excellent follow-on day for those who have already taken part in a beginners’ glassblowing class, providing an opportunity to consolidate skills learned in the previous session. On this further day of glassblowing, you will be making a tumbler, and a bowl or plate. You will gain further experience in gathering, handling and forming hot glass and we will focus on the development of key skills. This course is a level up, and spinning out a plate (how windows were made in the 16th century) is both fascinating and exciting.
