Explore the magic of glassblowing and blow your own glass tumbler (or two). Learn the fundamentals of gathering glass from the furnace, marvering and cutting in. Through repetition and bench excercises you will be taught the basic glassblowing skills involved in making a tumbler We run a maximum of two glass furnaces in the studio, with one tutor to four students so you will have plenty of ‘making’ time.

An excellent follow-on day for those who have already taken part in a beginners’ glassblowing class, providing an opportunity to consolidate skills learned in the previous session.
